Served as a founding team member and Director of Marketing & Membership Engagement at Club Blue, where I was responsible for website development, event planning, digital campaigns, membership fulfillment, and more.
- Founding marketing lead for Club Blue; helped grow membership from zero to thousands.
- Developed and implemented organizational systems and spreadsheets still used company-wide to efficiently manage member benefit fulfillment.
- Helped plan and execute 20+ events, including athlete meet-and-greets, bourbon launches, watch parties, and tailgates; oversaw logistics, communications, promotion, registration, and website pages.
- Designed and implemented registration forms and RSVP systems with legal waivers, tiered access, and follow-up automation for RSVP management and event access.
- Developed and fulfilled Kids Club membership for 1,000 children, including workflows, welcome emails, merchandise creation and distribution, and legal consent forms.
- Wrote and designed newsletters, email campaigns, and SMS alerts to 10,000+ subscribers.
- Managed monthly member giveaways from drawing to prize delivery to increase member engagement.
- Led merchandise marketing and promotion, including announcing seasonal discounts, creating new product lines, managing inventory, and coupon systems for membership perk fulfillment.
- Built and maintained WordPress web pages and forms, designed branded content and graphics, and oversaw digital organization. Solving website issues to ensure seamless use for members and partners.
- Responded to and resolved all member communications, including feedback, complaints, and special requests by providing tailored support and creating and updating FAQ’s and support materials.
